Propeller Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce and repair precision parts used in the marine drive systems. May also weld, fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, welding and machining procedures.

COMPENSATION:

Hourly wage commensurate with experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Interest in learning machining and welding skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Availability for 5 to 6 days per week
