Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Inside Sales support to Customers that call, email or visit
    Shipping/Receiving responsibilities to organize and control material flowing into and out of our facility
  • Provide information, pricing and timing in response to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with Customers in a polite, effective and in a timely manner
  • Increasing social media and web presence through multiple platforms
  • Establishing and maintaining a positive, trustworthy business relationships.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Responsible and accountable for managing tasks and assignments to effective completion

COMPENSATION:

Hourly wage commensurate with experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience with sales or Customer Service
  • Organized, responsible, hard-working and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of the team
  • Clear, legible penmanship and MS Office products experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills dealing with Customers
  • Ability to prioritize with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Availability for 5 days per week
